I’m Ana Paula Zuazo

I’m a Peruvian Illustrator, a concept artist and and painter; with a strong love for traditional mediums and modern concepts. My style can be described as cartoony character Illustrations with a strong painterly style.

Heavily based on storytelling and moody atmospheres,
My works often include, character designs, surface design, posters and book covers.

I did my education in the Savannah College of Art and Design majoring in Illustration and minoring in Painting

  • Worked as a graphic designer for the Graphics Team and Research team

  • Created pamphlets, presentations, templates and illustration assets to accompany our project pitch and concepts.

  • Worked as a researcher getting preliminary information on technical design, stakeholders, product research and more. Assisted on any research and visual needed by the prototype team, the design team and the vision video team.

  • Design unique patterns and illustrations to accompany the packaging of the products, current project

  • Create multiple Illustrations and Character sheets for the entire duration of the production

  • Work with the costume designer to modify and perfect the costumes, making sure they work for the illustrations and the physical costumes for the actors

  • The film has now accumulated 6 Festival Selections and 3 Awards

  • Design and illustrate a forest creature and the forest crown prop for the main character

  • Collaborate with the Costume Designer to turn the concept into a functional body suit for the actor

  • Work with the Director and Writer to design the promotional poster for the film.

  • Illustrate the Poster in traditional mediums and photoshop a composite poster
